In as First move - left hand to left shoulder, turn lady out, now it changes:
step turn 90o clockwise to face each other and arc left hand down and up as first move basic but on one beat and using hips in a very pronounced way,
take left hand out stepping back on left foot again,
step in and arc down and up again,
pulling lady a little closer and using her left hip to guide her, rock left and right in the close hold three times travelling round 360o clockwise. (like first move penguin!),
out and finish as standard first move.

Rock motion as first move penguin where you hold the lady infront and both step from left floor to right foot moving hips in time and apparently resemble a penguin. Never seen a dancing penguin though!
