Into normal Left handed comb, put left hand and lady's right hand to your right shoulder - now it changes:
turn 360o anti-clockwise ducking under Lady's right arm,
collect her right hand in your left hand behind your back while turning,
turn to face.
Optionally return the lady anti-clockwise.

Really nice flashy move for the man. Takes a bit of practice getting the spin fluid and smooth hence the fairly difficult rating. Nothing much for the lady to do in this one!
