Step in throwing lady's right hand into right hand (a kind of signal),
keeping your right arm bent and not raising it too high, lead the lady to your right and behind,
just as she gets there turn a little clockwise and turn her clockwise 1.5 times as she moves to your left side behind you.
Quickly turn the other way ( anti-clockwise) to help her back round to face.

This is rated fairly difficult as there is a certain amount of practice needed to get it right but after that it can be impressive to watch. The secret is to keep R arm bent and not too high while turning lady behind.
