turn lady 90o anti-clockwise infront using right hand - moving it anti-clockwise and up to shoulder height (rather like lasoo-ing an unsuspecting cow - if you were a cowboy that is) still holding onto her right hand,
raise right hand to turn lady 360o clockwise to face,
