As Catapult superman - lady goes behind to the right, lean forward and pose using spare hand / kick or whatever, now it changes:
step back, turning 180o anti-clockwise and wrap into lady side by side,
both walk 360o clockwise for 2 beats,
unwrap 360o clockwise * to face,
immediately turn lady 360o clockwise to face.

*Your lady may decide to push you out - by putting her LH on your R shoulder and pushing - adding to the spinning effect! It seems that most ladys don't push hard enough, so it's usually a question of waiting to see if she is going to spin you then spinning under your own steam!!!!
