In as Sway, take spare hand, sway back, sway forward, now it changes:

using right hand push lady out to left side (her back to you) step right a bit to help and take left hand to her left hip (smile, grimace, grin or whatever at her),

pull her back into sway using right hand,

using right hand push lady out to left side (her back to you) step right a bit to help and take left hand to her left hip (smile, grimace, grin or whatever at her),

pull her back into sway using right hand,

finish as usual - sway back sway forward etc..
