step together taking all hands to bunch in middle at chest height,

arc them up and outwards while stepping back ending up with a straight left || right hold.

Can accompany the hallelujah bit with a suitable hymn or quotes from songs of praise. Some people choose to say "wooo". I tend to spend the short nugget of time during the hallelujah bit wondering why some people choose to say "wooo".
