Step back,

turn in anti-clockwise bringing right hand into half nelson behind back

duck down and keep turning anti-clockwise

at exit turn lady clockwise

when she comes to face, prepare (taking right hand to right with a ball and socket grip) and Ladyspin. (optionally spin yourself anti-clockwise at the same time)
