once side by side walk round 360o clockwise, then raise left hand and turn 360o anti-clockwise under Lady's right arm and assume previous position.
Repeat.

Usually gets a good laugh, unless she tries to spin CW at the same time. It happens. The trouble is persuading her to keep walking and not turn out! That happens far too much :|
